KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process that must be completed before you can withdraw funds. Required documents are:

Withdrawal limits vary by account status and method used. In general, the minimum withdrawal limit is RM 30 per transaction. The maximum daily limit for standard accounts is RM 10,000.
