Many users who started using ipay9 via the desktop browser eventually switched entirely to the mobile app due to the noticeable difference in speed and convenience. When you play Slots or watch a live match through the Sports Betting platform, the app's response speed ipay9 delivers a clear advantage over browsing the regular website.
One of the most appreciated features among our users is how easy it is to make a Deposit in just seconds. With DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet integrated directly into the app, there's no need to switch to another banking app — everything is done in one screen. Withdrawals are processed quickly to local Malaysian bank accounts with no unnecessary delays.
In terms of security, the ipay9 is equipped with multiple layers of protection. Every Login goes through a rigorous verification process, and your active session is secured by continuous SSL encryption. If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, the instant account lock feature can be activated directly from the app settings.
For new users, the registration process through the app ipay9 is just as simple. Fill in your basic details, verify your phone number, and your account is ready in under three minutes. The KYC (identity verification) process can also be completed within the app by uploading a photo of your ID document — fast, secure, and straightforward.
For those who love following sports, the Sports Betting section in the app ipay9 offers live betting with odds updated in real time. You can place wagers while the match is in progress, making every sporting moment more thrilling and exciting.
Live Casino in the app ipay9 brings an authentic casino atmosphere right to your screen. With high-quality video streaming and a wide selection of game tables with live dealers, you'll feel like you're in a real casino even while relaxing on your sofa at home. This is one of the key reasons Malaysian users keep coming back to our platform.
Not everyone wants to download an app, and we get that. That's why the ipay9 is fully responsive and optimised for mobile browsers. You can enjoy all the same games and features as the app directly through Safari or Chrome on your smartphone — no installation required.
Web browser experience ipay9 also supports the "Add to Home Screen" feature, letting you save a website shortcut on your phone's home screen. This gives you nearly the same convenience as a native app without using any device storage for installation.
